This place is just as it is pictured and described, so cozy and beautiful. It was the perfect stop for my family of 6 to break up a long trip. We are actually disappointed not to be staying longer. We enjoyed hot dogs on the fire pit, a movie and a walk. The area and other homes are beautiful. Everything about this tiny home is inviting and we had everything we needed. We will be back!

I rented nine of these homes for a surprise birthday weekend. The Everly House is beautiful, and my friends liked that it was near the back of the community, tucked away. They said it was perfect in every way. The Retreat team made my experience renting so many of these so easy. They were very attentive and responsive to my questions and requests.

I had a wonderfully relaxing weekend at Everly House! Deer Lick is tucked into the forest and everything was just beautiful. The house is nicely decorated and very clean. I will definitely return for another stay in the future! ~ Kristina

We stayed for a long weekend for an event at the local university. The house was clean, easy to find and very simple check out instructions. Should we find ourselves in the area again I would book this again.

We loved staying here! It was beautiful and very cozy! The retreat vacation team made it so easy to check in and out! We will definitely be booking again in the future!

So cozy, cute, and fun! Stayed here for a weekend

Enjoyed my stay for two nights. The house had everything I needed. I enjoyed the outdoor spaces for a campfire down below and relaxing on the big porch. I also loved the kitchen size and the ability to make meals. The natural light in the living room helped me relax each morning with some coffee and quiet. I will come back for sure! Thank you!!

Beautiful place. A little smaller than I thought on the inside but not too bad. Loved it

This was a great tiny home!

The place was close to the caverns and had an amazing outdoor space. The space is very clean and exactly as pictured. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Great place to stay!

We stayed here for a show at the Caverns and it was perfect! Super close, very convenient, and easy to go back and forth. The instructions were clear, the place was clean and nice, and the beautiful deck was a bonus. Highly recommend!

Awesome place to stay

The retreat accommodated me and my friends very well. Very clean place.

Awesome Spot. Great seating area on back deck. Just a kitchen and a few beds were all we needed!

Great 2 nite stay, loved the large outside living and dining area

What a hidden gem! Incredible private community of tiny home with the amazing addition of several hiking trails including one that leads to a majestic—national park worthy—waterfall. Just spectacular! We spent one day hiking and one in Chattanooga, which was an easy 45 minute drive. The home itself, while small, feels much bigger. There was plenty of space for our family of five. Our boys loved the bunk beds and loft. Bring an extra roll of paper towel and some charcoal, otherwise, this place had it all. We’re already considering our next trip. So much fun!

Me and my husband booked this for a little getaway and we absolutely loved it! Such a cute little set up and was very clean. I would highly recommend this place and next time maybe stay longer because of all the hiking trails and activities to do. It’s also 8 minutes from High Point which is our favorite restaurant. I give it 5 stars and I’m ready to go back!

What a sweet little place! Even for 4 adults and a toddler in a tiny house it was comfortable and accommodating. The porch and fire pit were the best and super spacious. Having a short walk to the trail to the falls and meeting some goats was just the icing on the cake.

My daughter and I had a great time staying in this tiny house. It was super cozy and clean. The management was quick to respond to our needs.

What a charming spot on planet earth! I will definitely be returning. I was in need of rest, quiet and solitude. This was the perfect place for all of the above.

Excellent scenic location. Fairly rural, no Walmart nearby, but very cozy and comfortable. Was shocked when I was told that I MUST give a personal email address to get my check-in instructions. I was told that they are having trouble with Airbnb sending the information. However, otherwise, nothing but high praise for this location and this owner. Very clean, comfortable bed, large shower. Must climb one flight of stairs to enter the property and parking is at opposite end front entry, so may be difficult for persons who have disabilities. Highly recommend!

All we can say is wow! The location was just as described, providing my wife and I the privacy and comfort we expected. The home itself was clean, roomy, and provided all the elements of a successful getaway, including their water pressure. Though we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor amenities due to the weather, the fireplace, tv, and board games provided more than enough entertainment. The place was a little difficult to find, even with instructions, but the POC was quick in replying to us; it’s best to travel when there’s light out, which would’ve made our destination easier to locate. As stated in other posts, there aren’t a lot of restaurants, except for one that we fell in love with: High Point. Their food was on the pricey side, but was well worth it, especially their truffle fries and coconut shrimp. The town was cozy, clean, and compact. Everyone just gravitated and stayed to themselves. Much needed stay! Have already raved and shown pictures to family and friends!

It was beautiful and peaceful. It was just what we had in mind when wanting to have a family retreat.

We enjoyed and had a great time, close to stores but far enough to have a peaceful stay , will be back for sure !

Everything was wonderful , enjoyed the peace !

Everly house was just as described, it was clean and well appointed. A very quant gated tiny house community that was private and felt secure. We rented the house for a concert at the caverns and it was a short 15 min easy drive away with very little traffic. Would highly recommend!

This place was adorable, the whole community was just the neatest thing. We enjoyed our stay and we plan to come back!!!!

It’s a beautiful place to stay would love to return, but it’s too far, time changes (from eastern to central) and got us confused a bit,we were informed about the time change but my email was acting up, BUT I loved everything about it just a bit upset because there was a county ban so NO bonfires were allowed.

Beautiful tiny home, felt very cozy and was relaxing to stay in. Recommend for a staycation. It is perfect to disconnect & recharge. The trail was a plus and beautiful.

This tiny house community is secure and very quant. The house was clean, well appointed and every inch of space was thoughtful designed. Even though it's tiny it has enough room to not feel overly cramped. Would definitely recommend

Had an awesome time with my family. The place was cozy and welcoming definitely would come back, a bit sad because there was a county ban for doing a bonfire etc., but other than that it was a BLAST🙂.

Easy check in and out. Very responsive host and proactive. Will stay here again when we return to the caverns. 10-15 drive the venue. Highly recommend especially if you are going to the caverns

So cute and charming-inside and outside! Will definitely be back!

We loved the smart use of space with full sized appliances and a nice sized bathroom. While it was just 2 of us, we are excited to bring others and experience it full of family and friends. The porch feels bigger than the house and the placement of the fire pit in the back made it feel quite private. We had to leave early on the departure day but it made us eager to come back and spend more time soon!

Everly House was a great place to stay. It had just the right amount of room and plenty of amenities. Thank you for the coffee!! That made my morning!

Great home, good location. Private enough from neighboring homes. Perfect for a quick little getaway.

Beautiful place and comfortable. Great surrounding. Worth the price and amenities for someone looking for a peaceful and comfortable with affordability.

Amazing quite place.

a very nice place to stay. the surprise tire swing on the property was a plus. very comfortable beds and the the place was in a great location. overall a lovely place to stay in a great area.

We had plenty of space for one night to move my child back to school. Thank you!

Thanks for a great stay.

Peaceful and cute! Better than what I expected;) The falls was spectacular!

The property was very inviting and had a very quiet setting if you are looking for some serious RNR, great walking trails and a fire pit to enjoy each other’s company. It was a great experience!!! Looking forward to next time.

Everything about this tiny house is comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful setting. Clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. It’s a little house so we had to adapt. There were two bathrobes which was thoughtful for showering etc since the one bedroom is the only private area. We would stay again. So much more inviting then motels in the area. We couldn’t find a receptacle for recycling so we brought our aluminum cans and plastic home. We couldn’t get the electric fireplace started but it was late so we didn’t call for help. Still a very nice stay.

I cannot say enough great things about this place! It was exactly as pictured, and it’s in such a great location. Definitely staying here again!

Nice utilization of space, very enjoyable

Our 4 boys absolutely loved this place! It was set up so neat with the loft and built in bunks. It very cute, cozy, and welcoming! I wish we had more than one night there! We will definitely be back and be suggesting this retreat to our friends! Thanks so much!

This was just what we needed as a place to crash after exploring all of the may things around the area. Everything was as advertised and when I had to reach out for help the response was very fast and courteous.

Everything was as advertised and the house was well stocked. Perfect place to have as a base camp for all of the activities near by. When I had to call with questions I was given very clear and helpful instructions. The responsiveness was impressive. Thank you for making it easier to travel with all my kids and the space is beautiful.

Our family stayed here to visit with our son who is a student at URI. This place is in a beautiful location, in a sweet neighborhood and near marshes. We walked to the beach several times and visited historical Wickford- a five minute drive.

The perfect getaway for quiet and peace. Beautiful surroundings!!

Everly House at The Retreat at Deer Lick Falls, March 2023

Fantastic stay with 3 kiddos. Love the trails!! This was our second stay and we will be back!

awesome place, easy to get to, although it rained for 4days, we enjoyed our time emensly. a few nice local restaurants also. Thank you once again. We would recommend for a most enjoyable stay

We so loved staying in our first ever tiny home. Everything was perfect. Decor, comfort, views, check in… We will definitely come back and already planning a family gathering in several of the homes. Our host was excellent. Very timely and helpful. Monteagle and the tiny home community are great.

We had a lovely time with our family. The tiny homes are so cute and surprisingly comfortable. There are so many beautiful hiking trails close by.

This house was so cute and perfect for us and all the kids to stay at.

This place is so charming and pretty comfortable for the space. The kitchen was surprisingly well-equipped and the space is just gorgeous. If you can, plan to arrive before dark, as the instructions to the property are not super clear and it was difficult to find. Darkness made that even more difficult. Aside from that, we had a very peaceful and gorgeous autumn retreat with our kids and we will definitely be back.

Everly House at The Retreat at Deer Lick Falls, November 2022

My husband and I purposely stayed at Everly House, knowing that it was a tiny home because we were thinking about buying one as a secondary home to put on land we own . We wanted to see how it would feel living in only 399 square feet of space. If there were ten stars, I would give Everly Retreat ten stars. It was a beautifully designed and furnished home. Even though the cottage is limited in size, the large two-story windows in the living room with its cathedral ceiling, made the house feel much larger. Every attention to detail is provided in this home. We loved the electric fireplace in the living room, the twin beds in the hallway, and the bathroom with sit down shower. The bedroom had its own large closet that was augmentedwith rolling barn doors. Behind the doors was a built-in dresser with his and her closets on each side. The kitchen had a full-size gas range, refrigerator, and microwave complimented with a cozy snack bar. Because the home was two story, there was a loft which contained another two beds. Although adults cannot stand up in the loft, it is a great place for kids. Adults can sit up in the beds, just not stand up. I loved all the built-in lights and accessories. It also had a large front deck which was partially covered. Underneath the covered roof were deck furniture and a propane fire pit. Nearby, was an all-weather picnic table. We also took a walk along the hiking trail that is by the home and had we had more time; we would have hiked to Deer Lick Falls. My husband was all for buying the same model of tiny home to put on our land after staying at Everly House. I would change nothing about it and give it the highest review. Remember this cottage is a tiny house and can only be a maximum of 399 sq. feet. The width is a little over 11 feet and its length is slightly over 42 feet. I would recommend the tiny house concept for couples and small families with older children.

I would recommend Everly House to anyone. We enjoyed everything, especially the fire pit. We hiked the neighborhood and Firey Gizzard. Both were wonderful. I was surprised how beautiful the hike was around the Retreat. The home is perfectly cozy for 2 adults. Honestly can’t think of a thing I would change. Can’t wait to return!

My husband and I purposely stayed at Everly House, because we are thinking about buying a Tiny House and wanted to know if we would be able to handle the small space as our vacation home. Everly House was beautifully planned. Everything that could be done, was done to make the most of the space. Furnishings and accessories were perfect. There were many designer touches. Although the home is only 11.6 wide by 42 feet long- about 400 sq feet, the manufactured home can sleep 6. It has a loft with 2 beds, a primary with a double, and bunk beds in the hall. I loved all the windows and light as well as the huge deck that was partially covered. The bathroom had a large sit down shower, while the kitchen had a cute snack bar, 4 burner gas ove n, full size frig., and microwave. I particularly enjoyed sitting in the living room and enjoying the electric fire place. My husband lijed watching the big screen television above the fireplace mantle. This is a cute and charming cabin. We give it 5 out of 5 stars.

The community and property were in pristine condition. Well marked trails and thoughtful details on the Tiny Home. Nicely decorated tiny home, functional space and so cozy. I will be coming back. It was easy to turn off the noise of life and connect with nature.

Tiny Homes exceeded my expectations. The location to Monteagle ( where we wanted to be) was perfect. The home was perfect for us 3 women, but at least 3 more people could have had their own bed. The kitchen came equiped with coffee, tea, oil, s&p etc. staying for 2 nights, you would like not to have to buy these items. There werev2 barstools to sit at the counter. no dishwasher however. Having a washer & dryer was nice touch. The loft gave the tiny home. a feeling of being larger. Up stairs was 2 beds with a table between with a turn table and albons to play music. Living room was comfy and 3 could sit to watch TV. The porch was very nice and 4 pp could sit around a gas fireplace. there was also a picknick table. Down around the desk, was a lovely firepit with chairs. Walking down the street from our home, you saw a Cabana that a group could get together and have a big meal or gathering along with two different playgrounds. For either a family getaway or a couple getaway or even a family reunion ( renting several homes) this place was a good find.

We love staying at this tiny home resort! We’ve stayed in three different units and they were all well decorated and stocked but I think this home has been my favorite. It’s got a great layout which makes it feel a little more roomy than the others. Perfect location for going to concerts at The Caverns. You just can’t beat it!

This property was clean, relaxing and peaceful. They had everything you needed for your stay, and to relax on the back deck. Extremely quiet, clean, unique, and a great spot for looking out into the trees. Very enjoyable and nice place to stay.

Very charming.

Great little getaway with our family! Plenty of room for the four of us. Loved the large deck with picnic table and fire table. Also, loved the hike to Deer Lick Falls!
