Blue Ridge Retreat is very nicely furnished and decorated, and was very clean. The beds are a dream to sleep in! And we loved the fact that walking trail access is just 20-30 steps away. We also loved seeing the goats on the other side of the property fence. Would definitely recommend this home, and we plan to come back often!!!

We had a great weekend in Monteagle - hiking, sitting by the campfire, reading, relaxing. The house was a perfect place for our getaway. In a Retreat community with others nearby (but not too close) in similar homes and tiny homes. Great service and very clean.

Great house for a mountain getaway!

House was clean and had a great layout for four our multi-generational family. Great kitchen. Screened porch is really nice. The property is convenient to Sewanee. Beds were comfy. Not sure how to add with the layout, but would like a TV in the bedrooms.

Property was perfect for our friend’s getaway. House was clean, well appointed decor, close to things to do and the host was very easy to work with.

The Retreat is such a nice place to stay - we’ve now stayed in three of their properties and all of them have been fantastic!

Great and comfortable stay! It’s a perfect place if you’re seeing a show at the caverns. It was only a 12min drive. It’s in a gated community so it felt super safe! The house was very clean and the beds were so comfy. The communication was very quick and clear. We had seven people staying and there was more than enough room to hang out. It’s a bit secluded so there’s not too much around and you do have to go a little farther out to get good restaurants but that’s to be expected. There’s a cute little farm in the back where you can see goats running around and the fire pit was such a nice touch. Overall would highly recommend!

This is my favorite tiny home in its community. Roomy, clean and well-appointed. I could not figure out how to turn on the walkway lights, but not a huge deal.

The place is better than the photos. Great floor plan and more spacious than expected. Everything was as shown in listing. *pro tip* Read your email as well as the FAQ link in the email they send. I didn’t do that and assumed because there is a fire pit that there would also be firewood. Found out after it was too late that I could have brought my own (which I have lots of) or I could have ordered some from my host a day ahead for $20. Sad for me but I got over it! This place is quiet and comfy! I Highly recommend!

Blue Ridge Retreat is magical. Perfectly appointed, nestled in the woods, so private. They say these are “tiny houses” but this place feels like a spacious home. Loved the screened in porch. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Blue Ridge Retreat was exactly what we hoped for - relaxing and comfortable. The property was in great shape and had all the amenities we needed. Instructions were clear, which made check in and check out a breeze. This is our third trip to The Retreat at Deer Lick Falls and our first to stay in this particular property. But it definitely won’t be our last.

My family had the BEST stay here! I have some very picky family members, and this bnb impressed us all. We loved the cleanliness, the ease of everything from arrival to checkout, and the comfort of the beds. We didn't find ourselves missing anything that we needed. All that was asked of us was to wash and put away the dishes we used and take out the garbage on checkout day, which I thought was very fair and easy for any adult to clean up after themselves. I highly recommend this place, and we will definitely be back to try out the other homes.

We arrived to find some of the breakers tripped, and the thermostat was at 52 degrees! We contacted the number and they had maintenance there within 15 minutes, all resolved. We are planning our next visit. Loved everything about it

It was a great stay, looked just liked the photos, everything was clean it was so comfortable the area is gated and it's also quiet have a playground and trails that you can walk.. everyone was friendly... I will definitely be staying here again!!

Clean, comfy, and cozy! We will definitely be back! The central location worked great for hiking in South Cumberland, Sewanee, Savage Gulf, and Fall Creek Falls. The Jack Daniel Distillery was an amazing tour and a quick 50 min drive. The waterfall on property is beautiful. Also recommend Savage Falls at Savage Gulf.

Enjoyed four quiet and peaceful nights at DLFalls. The home was perfection-- really have nothing but positive thoughts for our visit. Home was immaculate-- clean to the highest degree. Great comfy bed in the master bedroom, and that says a lot as we have a Sleep number bed at home!! There was so many well thought out incidentals that made our stay wonderful. Enjoyed the outside decks and fire pit--walked the trails and my husband did the trail to the falls twice and truly loved the experience-- be sure to take water!!! The entire neighborhood was walkable and met many nice people who also loved their experience there... that's pretty unusual! Having a laundry room at the home was so nice! Loved the outside furniture and enjoyed the goats behind the property in the mornings! The management staff were very responsive through the booking process, and helpful with our questions..again another bonus! Loved the early checkin and well worth the small additional fee. We had several cold days but we kinda enjoyed it as we live in Florida. Ready to come back and bring family!

We decided to get a VERY last minute place to stay to enjoy the snow Tennessee was set to get. Found this place, and booked it. Within minutes the host had all the check in instructions to my inbox. They were very responsive, and even let me check out late to enjoy more time there. The place itself was perfect. So clean, so welcoming. I will, without any doubt or hesitation, return here if I find myself back in Monteagle. 10/10.

The price per night was reasonable but the cleaning fee was $150.00 which I thought was a little high because we were asked to wash, dry and put dishes away. With the taxes and airbnb fees this doubled the cost to about $250.00 per night. I expected to put the dishes in the dishwasher and start it, which I’ve done at other rentals, but never asked to dry them and put them away too. It’s not that I mind doing that but it added to the time it took to check out which also was earlier than usual (10am). The only coffee maker was a Keureg which was fine but they didn’t mention that there were no K-cups or pods and you need to bring them or if you have ground coffee to use you need a keureg adapter to use for the coffee. I happen to own a keureg and I have the adapter which I did take with me but for anyone else it would be nice to know. The liquid soap dispenser in master bath was empty and the bar for shower was tiny. Overall it was a good stay, just little irritants.

This rental looks practically new. The beds were especially comfy the unit was clean and comfortable. Access was easy and the codes worked well. Very bright and nice screened in porches if the weather is warm.

Love this place it was our second time. Perfect place and we love the concerts at the caverns! High point was awesome restaurant. The retreat is the perfect place for a weekend getaway!

This is a spacious feeling “tiny home” with everything you need for a weekend away! Location is very quiet and loved hearing the roosters and the goats from the screened in porch.

Blue Ridge is exquisitely decorated and comfortable. Perfect place for a quiet retreat. 9/10 rating. Will be back. Only need to include soap in master bath and clean the mold from hall shower curtain. Maybe add a full length mirror.

This was our second stay and we loved it!! The peaceful setting, beautiful surroundings, and trails close by all make this space a perfect getaway. The space was spotless when we arrived and there was comfortable bedding, pillows, and mattresses to sleep on. We look forward to our next visit!

Great place - clean, nicely furnished and comfortable. Entrance to Retreat can be hard to find. Not all maps apps have Summerfield address well located. Hard to see at night - dark road and entrance not well marked/lit.

Extremely comfortable bed and furniture! Top quality linens. Plenty of cookware. Great location right beside a playground and convenient to the pavilion. The decor was gorgeous! It was like staying in a Pottery Barn showroom. Would definitely stay here again.

This home is beautiful. I know it’s a new build but seemed like we may have been the first people to stay there, everything was squeaky clean. The beds were all super comfy. The entrance to hiking trails are right in the backyard! The screened-in porch was great for having coffee in the morning. there were fun games for our family to play together. Heating worked great. We all showered in the middle bathroom as the master shower didn’t get quite warm enough. But the overall stay was wonderful, definitely would stay here again!

Blue Ridge Retreat was a wonderful place to stay! It’s new and looks just like the photos. My husband and son loved the extra space in the kitchen and bedrooms in this tiny home and I enjoyed the comfortable master bed mattress. The host was very responsive and this was a peaceful, restful place to come back to after our hiking adventures nearby. We plan to return in the future!

This is our second stay in the area and this beautiful spot did not disappoint! My husband and teenage son loved the size of the kitchen and loft area and I enjoyed the comfortable master matress. As you can see from the pictures, Blue Ridge Retreat is thoughtfully decorated with lovely decor and we had everything we needed. We will definitely be returning in the future. We loved the many hiking trails available nearby!
