We enjoyed spending time in the screened in porch the most! Great space for a comfortable sleep after seeing a concert in The Caverns. The neighborhood is nice, and the location of this cabin makes for an easy in/out and secluded feeling with the woods in the back. Big thanks!

We stayed here for two nights, when we went to see a concert at The Caverns. This tiny home is peaceful, comfortable and well appointed. Our favorite spot was the screened in porch.

We loved this place! We had to book last minute and we were super happy with our stay! Very responsive and clear instructions. The neighborhood of houses is very nice and we loved the water access. Had a great dinner at High Point down the road!

We just needed a place to relax and this was the best one we could have chosen. We will def be returning!

Clean, well maintained home met our needs nicely. The huge screened deck and wooded surroundings definitely make this particular home stand out. As an added bonus, it's much easier to come and go from this unit than others that are deeper into the neighborhood.

Time Well Wasted was a clean, nicely decorated rental. The screened in porch was spacious and comfortable. We were very pleased with this rental.

We love the area and decided to stay in a tiny home for the first time. It was so cool and really cozy! The tiny home gates community makes you feel safe and the place is right across the street from The Fiery Gizzard walking trails. We love all the places to dine in the area and can’t wait to go back!

We were 4 women and it was very comfortable! The outside porch is awesome and doubles the size of the little house. It was so well appointed and arranged that it felt much roomier that it is! Great community. We were 15- min. to the Caverns for concert!

It was easy to get into the community, the instructions to find the location and enter the building were clear and concise, and the pictures were accurate about what was available. There was ample space to spread out, plenty of things in the kitchen to cook with, and the shower had good pressure and excellent hot water. The back porch was screened in, had comfortable seats to relax in, the space was used well, and getting in and out was easy. We plan to return in the fall.

We had a great time staying at this adorable tiny home. It was our second time in this community and we love the huge screened in porch and the fire pit. Even tho this home is toward the front of the neighborhood, it was very quiet and peaceful! We loved all the hiking nearby and cannot wait to come back and enjoy this property again soon!

We had a lovely stay at this sweet home in Tracy City! Our family loved the screened in porch, fire pit and mostly all the hiking so close by. We ate in most every meal except one night of take out from Papa Ron's. We wish there was a better way for us four to eat together in doors but we worked it out with the kids at the bar and us on the couch. Next time we visit hopefully we'll do all our meals on the screened in porch. This is our 2nd time in Water's Edge, 3rd time in this area and we love it. Such a hidden gem. Highly recommend downloading the All Trails app for those who love to hike. The weather was lovely and we cannot wait to come back.

Great spot, very cute and cozy. I will say you must bring all of your own spices, oils etc for cooking. Wish one of the reviews mentioned this. Bring coffee! The place is definitely not as secluded as the photos appear, you are on top of the tiny homes next door. However the neighborhood is super cute. Also, you pay quite the cleaning fee for them to ask you to wash and dry all of your own dishes. Otherwise place is great! Loved it and will definitely do it again but better prepared.

We loved this cozy cutie tiny home! It was perfect for a small girls weekend! The only bummer was water pressure wasn’t great and the lighters they provided did not work, so we couldn’t make a fire in the pit so definitely come more prepared than we were! Overall, we loved it and would definitely come and stay again!

We had an amazing experience at Time Well Wasted! It's a cozy little haven that offers everything you need. The design is impeccable, and the attention to detail is outstanding. The screened in porch was amazing, and the location was perfect for a peaceful getaway. We couldn't have asked for a better stay – it's a true gem and deserves 5 stars!!

It was a very quiet, peaceful stay. The screened in porch was the best!! The house was tiny as described but perfect for two. The instructions for checkin were right on and when we had questions there was a timely answer. We would definitely stay again, maybe when it’s colder and we can enjoy the lovely fire pit in the back.

I wanted to do something different and have just a small getaway for my 60th birthday. I had been searching weekend getaways nearby and the tiny home retreat popped up in my internet feed. I fell in love with the screen porch at "time well wasted" and thought this is what I need. My husband and I arrived at the property and were both amazed that it didn't appear to be a "tiny" house. It was everything the pictures showed! We didn't have to travel far to restaurants, which was wonderful! Birthday dinner at "High Point" was amazing! Although we didn't take advantage of the hiking trails, this was "time well wasted"; just relaxing and watching tv. Everything we needed was right there. My birthday celebration was a memorable experience. BIG things do come in SMALL packages! :-)

The house was so nice! The fire pit was great. Even though it was a small house, it didn’t feel small with 5 people. Will recommend and stay again !

We loved the area! Enjoyed the South Cumberland State Park!! Definitely download the All trails map app-helped tremendously to locate the entrance we wanted for the specific hikes!

Time Well Wasted was GREAT! Cozy Tiny-house feel with an awesome, large screened-in back porch in the trees. Entry was easy and everything was neat, clean and welcoming when we arrived. The porch made the space feel twice as big. We didn't use the lower patio with the fire-pit, but maybe next time!! Sitting on the dock by the lake just added to the fun. We will definitely will be back.

The house was excellent! The coffee maker didn’t work. I called and it was replaced right away. The only concern was the dead trees around the house. They aren’t a problem yet but will be eventually. We had a great time.

We absolutely LOVED our stay. This tiny home is beautiful and the porch was so peaceful and perfect. At the time of booking, I was curious why this place wasn’t given all 5 stars & I think I have figured that out. If you want a warm friendly host, you will not receive that from Retreat - they are more like a property management company. Also, they need to update their address instructions on how to find the place. They give you 2 addresses and tell you to use the first address (a Hwy #) to find the neighborhood. That address is not correct on Goo.gle or Apple Maps, so it will not lead you to the property. I found the actual house address works perfectly. We did have a visit from a cute rodent in the house that shocked us on arrival. So put food away in cabinets, etc. When we reached out to the Host regarding this, they said they would send maintenance but never saw anyone come during our stay and then quickly realized there are rodents traps in the unit, so they’re aware of the issue.

This house was so beautiful. It is small, but me & my husband had plenty of room. It is a small house. It was very clean. The back porch was huge & completely screened in. I love the hanging egg chairs. It was very relaxing & I loved being their. I would stay there again.

The tiny was a tiny home community. Beautiful homes, but a little hard find the correct one. The home was beautifully decorated and we felt very comfortable. Unfortunately we didn't get chance take advantage of screened porch the fireplace because of the weather.

The cabins are all very pretty, looked just like the picture and we were aware it was a smaller home, although very spacious. It’s a gated community which made us feel safer. The communication was good, they responded within 2 hours whenever we texted. The cabin was also very clean, the patio was very spacious, and the landscaping is really pretty.

Wow! We have now stayed multiple times at The Retreat at Water's Edge and this was our absolute favorite 1 bedroom tiny house. Amazing screened in back porch with multiple seating areas. That was our favorite spot on the property besides the fire pit. Everything inside was super nice and clean. Loved the fireplace heater as well. Great communication from the management company as well. We will be back again to Time Well Wasted.

My time at this place was not waisted. It was a much needed breath of fresh air and a step away from the stresses of life. That is time that is incredibly valuable. Thank you for providing such a nice place to get away. The house was clean, stocked and provided the amenities that I needed for the trip. The porch. The porch. The porch. I spent about 80% of my time on the porch. Plenty of seating and places to lounge around with a good book and enjoy the fresh breeze and the falling leaves while not being petered by bugs. I didn't want to leave. Great job with the place. I would definitely recommend it.
