Our second stay-it was amazing just like our first-super clean, beautiful. Can’t wait to return soon.

Overall experience was good. I would suggest blinds over front door and kitchen window. We did not feel that we had much privacy. The internet dropped a few times and we had no other network to connect. We reset, but it was not always successful. Other neighbors said they did not experience any interruptions.

This was our first time in a tiny house and we were pleasantly surprised at the space we had.

This place was perfect for us. We enjoyed the property and the area in general. Will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay at Luxe Nest—the house was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Also, the bathroom was more spacious than we expected, and the floorplan was perfect for our needs (everything that was essential was on the first floor). Our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful with all our questions, and there was a thoughtfully prepared book that gave us plenty of local recommendations for restaurants and activities. We highly recommend this Airbnb, and we plan to stay here again soon!

The perfect house for 4 of us (2 adults 2 teenagers) while visiting Sewanee for our oldest. House has everything you want and is extremely clean. We will book numerous times over next 4 years.

Spacious tiny house. Clean and well stocked.

A very efficient place that comfortably slept 6 of us. The bunk beds are especially useful, though the lack of outlets in each bunk is a big miss.Only underwhelming part was the cleanliness when we arrived. Cleaners missed trash in the loft and fire pit. And we had to rewash many of the dishes in the cabinets because they were either not washed or not washed well.

I booked last minute for a Getaway to relax and work on some business wrap-up and planning. It was a perfect place to relax and unwind. Quiet, cozy, everything you need! Definitely recommend!!

Very nice place, perfect for a couple or small family. We will definitely stay there again when we come back to the area. The bed was a little too hard for me but my husband loved it. The furniture wasn’t the most comfortable but it was very nice. I have 2 suggestions which is to put a blind on the small bedroom window and a small stool in the bathroom for you to be able to lay clothes on while changing. Enjoyed the stay everything was nice and comfortable.

The cabin was very clean

Our son, who was celebrating his 40th birthday, also owns a home here and suggested we rent one for the occasion. We were happy to be just down the road from him. This retreat is a real gem: comfortable King sized master, beautiful kitchen, inviting porch’s and cozy fire pit area. Although it was just the two of us there was ample room for 6 people also. Very enjoyable!

This tiny home was gorgeous. The bed was luxurious and we loved the tiny kitchen. The side porch was great for reading and eating. I’d recommend for couples or for a girls trip.

This is a great place to stay and cost is very affordable. It a ton of food options other than fast food, but still enough. With a full kitchen no need to eat out every day and cook your own meal. Enough cookware to make a meal and you can keep up with you own laundry. I highly recommend staying here. Out 5 starts, I give it a 10. Yes that good.

Perfect little cottage. Very comfy mater bed. Very clean house. Great little neighborhood. Wish it hadnt rained wanted to use fire pit.

We loved this stay! Absolutely beautiful! As a suggestion the home could use blinds for privacy and planning for enough bathroom towels for the amount of guests as we were 6 and only had 4 large towels. Otherwise, the location was peaceful and well kept!

This home is beautiful and immaculate! It was a weekend getaway for me and my husband and this was perfect. The bed was super comfy, plenty of linens, great outdoor spaces, kitchen was stocked what everything we needed. Easy and quick responses from the host. Will definitely stay here again, esp with a king bed, which can sometimes be hard to find in an AirBnB in Monteagle. Thanks for a great stay!

Accidentally found this spot and This place was beautiful!! Our family of 6 stayed 2 nights, 3 days on our way to the beach. We made the most of that time by taking a cave tour and playing in small water falls just down the road. Magical! The goat market was fantastic! It’s vibes, the food, and the prices. One of our favorite vacation restaurant memory. Pull the trigger.

Our family of 6 decided to spend 2 nights here in Monteagle on our way to Florida. We had never heard of this little town before and took a chance. We work really hard to find the nicest homes to stay in while on vacations. This home was everything we wanted it to be plus some. We had a mini vacation on the way to a beach vacation. Took a cave tour at the caverns, ate at the goat market (highly recommend) and played in small waterfalls just around the corner in the South Cumberland State park. The home was clean and new, we loved the porch!! We have a new vacation tradition!! Thanks

We can’t say enough about our stay! It had all the comforts of home and was located near so many great places to hike. The house was so new and clean and the property manager was very responsive and friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

This place was clean, comfy, close to hiking trails, and even had a fully stocked kitchen (including some spices). Unfortunately, it was raining during my stay so I didn't get to experience much of the outdoor areas but they looked like they would have been fun. This house is close to other houses and other houses being built within the development. However, if anything, that just made me feel safe that I wasn't completely alone in the woods and the other building projects weren't loud at all. The only noise came from the loud vehicles on the main road but that was rare. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again and would also highly recommend this rental to families as the bunk beds were a very cute and efficient use of space.

The house was new and immaculate. The only issue was how close the houses were to each other.

We stayed here a weekend to attend a caverns concert which was amazing. The home was spacious, clean, and very convenient to all the hiking trails and concert venue! We had no issues!

Our family recently stayed at Luxe Nest to celebrate our son's 7th birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Luxe Nest perfectly accommodated our family of five. Our three boys spent most of their time in the loft playing games. The inside was beautifully decorated and the outside was picturesque with the fire pit and surrounding trees. We have visited the Retreat at Deer Lick and Water's Edge many times, but this was our first time at Sunset Bluff. We definitely plan to return.

Cozy and peaceful getaway!

This tiny house was beautifully furnished, well stocked, and comfortable. Our host was quick to respond to our questions. The surrounding area is beautiful especially for hiking. Resturants were limited but very good as well.

Nice little retreat tucked away in a very cute community. It was close to Sewanee, hiking and great over looks. Loves being there.

We fully enjoyed every aspect of our stay here. We came looking for a quiet retreat but one with comforts of home. This place was impeccably clean, and all the comforts of home are provided. There is nothing else needed but more time to relax!

We loved our stay! Luxe is pristine-perfect, everything was brand new. Cleanest AirBNB we’ve ever stayed in. The tree lined lot, fire pit, fresh cinnamon coffee and all other amenities made this stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to stay again.

A beautifully decorated space, tucked into the trees! The porch space was dreamy and the neighborhood was quiet. Sad our stay wasn’t a little longer!
